Abstract
La presente invención se provee con: una cámara (10) para capturar la parte trasera de un vehículo; unidades (33, 37) de detección de objetos tridimensionales para detectar un objeto tridimensional presente en las áreas (A1, A2) de detección del lado izquierdo y derecho con base en la información de imagen; una unidad (34) de evaluación de objetos tridimensionales para evaluar el objeto tridimensional detectado como otro vehículo (VX) cuando la velocidad de viaje del objeto tridimensional yace en un rango de establecimiento prestablecido; una unidad (41) de detección del estado de lluvia para detectar un estado de lluvia que incluye casos de lluvia y casos en los cuales se forma una película de agua en una superficie de la carretera debido a la lluvia; y un controlador (39) para proporcionar como salida un comando de control para estrechar el rango de establecimiento para las velocidades de viaje utilizado para evaluar si el objeto tridimensional es el otro vehículo (VX) cuando se ha detectado el estado de lluvia.
