Abstract

Se divulga un proceso y aparato optimizados para producir más eficientemente ácidos dicarboxílicos aromáticos (por ejemplo, ácido tereftálico). En una modalidad, el proceso/aparato reduce los costos al recuperar y al purificar el ácido tereftálico residual presente en la fase líquida de una suspensión de oxidación inicial.
