Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a procedimiento para separar konjac mannan de una planta de konjac, substancialmente puro, soluble en agua, caracterizado porque se agita un volumen de harina de konjac con 10 a 200 volumenes de agua o se tritura una parte en peso de tubérculo crudo con 10 a 100 partes en peso de agua, para precipitar los componentes insolubles de la mezcla resultante, dializar la solución libre de sólidos, aplicando una membrana semipermeable contra agua de la llave durante 24 a 48 horas, para quitar impurezas solubles, finalmente se liofiliza la solución para eliminar agua, una temperatura en el margen de -75°C a 0°C y presiones en el margen de 0.001 mm de Hg a 0.1 mm de Hg.
