Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar un compuesto de la fórmula I:(VER FIGURA), que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) hacer reaccionar 3-amino-5-metilisoxazol (II) con un halogenuro de halogenoacetilo para formar el compuesto III, (VER FIGURA)(b) hacer reaccionar el compuesto III con una sal de sacarina para formar el compuesto IV: (VER FIGURA),(c) hacer reaccionar el compuesto IV con un alcóxido de metal alcalino de un alcohol inferior en un solvente inerte, a una temperatura controlada seguida por acidificación, para formar un compuesto V: (VER FIGURA)(d) metilar el compuesto V mediante reacción, a una temperatura controlada, con un agente de metilación en un solvente inerte acuoso, que contiene base en exceso, acidificando después para obtener el compuesto VI: (VER FIGURA)(e) calentar el compuesto VI con una base orgánica en un solvente inerte para obtener el compuesto deseado I.
