Abstract
La invención describe una planta y un proceso para la producción continua o por lote de tiras y placas de acero laminado en caliente, con un espesor de 0.6 mm a 50 mm, que comprende una rueda continua (1) de losas delgadas con reducción de núcleo líquido, seguida por un calentador de inducción (2) con una primera cizalla (3) entre ellas, y posteriormente un laminador (4) seguido de una segunda cizalla (5) y una mesa de salida con un dispositivo de enfriamiento (6) y un impulsor/apilador (7) para placas y luego una tercera cizalla (8) y una pluralidad de bobinadoras (9), que incluye además un soporte rodante de reducción mínima (10) dispuesto entre la rueda continua (1) y la primera cizalla (3), dicha reducción mínima de soporte rodante (10) está diseñada para realizar una reducción del espesor de la losa de tan solo el 10% aproximadamente y, en cualquier caso de no más del 20%.
