Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una cepa probiótica de Lactobacillus reuteri obtenida cultivando bacteria en un medio que comprende galacto-oligosacáridos (GOS), denominado pre-acondicionamiento. El método de pre-acondicionamiento proporciona efectos estimulantes de la cepa probiótica de L. reuteri, tal como una mejor absorción de minerales, en el tracto gastrointestinal. La invención comprende métodos para preparar y cultivar cepas probióticas de Lactobacillus reuteri, y productos y primer y segundo usos médicos de tales cepas.
