Abstract

Para reducir los costos de producción incrementando la eficiencia de calentamiento del hierro fundido, un método de producción utilizando un horno eléctrico provisto con una cámara de precalentamiento, una cámara de fusión, un contenedor de fuente de hierro frío operable para dividir la cámara de precalentamiento en una primera y segunda cámara de precalentamiento, se utiliza un extrusor, y un dispositivo de video operable para observar la segunda cámara de precalentamiento, incluyendo el método la realización de un proceso de fusión, un proceso de calentamiento, un proceso de precalentamiento, y un proceso de extracción. En el proceso de calentamiento, el calentamiento del hierro fundido comienza después de cerrar el contenedor de fuente de hierro frío, y con base en la información visual obtenida a través del dispositivo de video de la segunda cámara de precalentamiento.
