Abstract

Para asegurar el suministro estable de una fuente de hierro frío a una cámara de fusión, un método de producción de hierro fundido utiliza un horno eléctrico que incluye: una cámara de precalentamiento; una cámara de fusión; un extrusor localizado en la cámara de precalentamiento; y un dispositivo de video configurado para observar el interior de la cámara de fusión y comprende: un proceso de extrusión para suministrar una fuente de hierro frío precalentada en la cámara de precalentamiento a la cámara de fusión por medio del extrusor; y un proceso de fusión para fundir la fuente de hierro frío suministrada a la cámara de fusión por el calor de arco para obtener hierro fundido, donde en el proceso de extrusión, una cantidad de movimiento del extrusor y/o un intervalo de tiempo para mover el extrusor se controla con base en la información visual obtenida del dispositivo de video.
