Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la producción de un medio de fermentación fúngico a partir de al menos un material lignocelulósico, preferentemente, al menos una corriente de un lado industrial y/o agrícola y a un medio de fermentación que puede obtenerse en consecuencia, a un método para la producción de una biomasa fúngica por fermentación sumergida de al menos una cepa fúngica y a una biomasa fúngica que puede obtenerse en consecuencia, y a un producto alimenticio con base fúngica que puede obtenerse usando la biomasa fúngica instantánea de la invención. El medio de fermentación instantáneo producido, preferentemente, del grano usado es particularmente útil en la producción de biomasa fúngica mediante la fermentación sumergida de Pleuurotus pulmonarius, entre otros.
