Abstract
Se proporciona un método para purificar éster de sucralosa-6-etilo, que incluye: preparación: proporcionar una disolución saturada de éster de sucralosa-6-etilo bruto en acetato de etilo que se calienta a una temperatura predeterminada; cristalización por gradiente: someter la disolución saturada a cristalización múltiple por enfriamiento y filtración, y recolectar el éster de sucralosa-6-butlilo bruto obtenido después de la cristalización múltiple por enfriamiento y filtración, donde durante cada proceso de cristalización por enfriamiento, se adiciona gota a gota un disolvente con baja polaridad a la disolución saturada para reducir la polaridad de la disolución saturada durante la cristalización paso a paso; y purificación: someter el éster de sucralosa-6-etilo bruto recolectado a recristalización para su purificación utilizando una disolución mixta de acetato de etilo y el disolvente con baja polaridad para obtener el éster de sucralosa-6-etilo fino de alta pureza. En la presente divulgación, el acetato de etilo se utiliza como un disolvente inicial para cristalización por enfriamiento del éster de sucralosa-6-etilo, y la polaridad del disolvente mixto se reduce adicionando paso a paso el disolvente con baja polaridad, lo cual mejora la eficacia de separación de impurezas en cada etapa del gradiente y conduce a un alto rendimiento y calidad del producto.
