Abstract
Se describen un método y un dispositivo (1) para unir un manguito de refuerzo (3) a un rotor (5) de un motor eléctrico. En este caso, el método comprende: proporcionar el manguito de refuerzo (3) y el rotor (5), en el que el manguito de refuerzo (5) tiene una periferia interior cilíndrica subdimensionada con respecto a una periferia exterior cilíndrica del rotor (5); la fijación de al menos dos ventosas (9) en una superficie lateral exterior (27) del manguito de refuerzo (3), de manera que las ventosas (9) se adhieran a la superficie lateral exterior (27) del manguito de refuerzo (3) de forma reversible debido al vacío generado entre la ventosa (9) y la superficie lateral exterior (27); y unir el manguito de refuerzo (3) al rotor (5), de manera que el rotor (5) se presiona contra el manguito de refuerzo (3) en una dirección de prensado (15), en la que las fuerzas que actúan en la dirección de prensado (15) se transfieren de las ventosas (9) al manguito de refuerzo (3).
