Abstract

La invención proporciona sílices modificadas que tienen los siguientes parámetros fisicoquímicos: CTABmod < 200 m2/g, BETMP 50-500 m2/g, CT ABmod - BETMP < O m2/g, contenido de carbono > 0.5% en peso, modemod a partir de la determinación de tamaño de partícula de CPS > 50 nm, d75mod a partir de la determinación de tamaño de partícula de CPS de 20-150 nm, Rmin a partir de la determinación de tamaño de poro por Hg, presurizado < 10 nm, contenido de azufre = 1.50% en peso. Las sílices modificadas se preparan mezclando una sílice con al menos un aditivo seleccionado del grupo de emulsión acuosa de alcoxisilano con contenido de azufre, polisiloxano, mezcla de alcoxisilano con contenido de azufre y polisiloxano, o mezcla de alcoxisilano con contenido de azufre y poliéter aniónico, en la toma de la unidad de secado, y después se suministra la mezcla a la unidad de secado. Las sílices modificadas se utilizan para la producción de neumáticos, revestimientos de cables, mangueras, correas de transmisión, correas transportadoras, recubrimientos de rodillos, llantas, suelas para zapatos, elementos de sellado y elementos de amortiguamiento.
