Abstract
La invención se refiere a una instalación de producción de cemento (10) que presenta - un precalentador (12) para calentar previamente harina cruda, - un calcinador (14) para calcinar la harina cruda calentada previamente, - un horno (16) con un quemador de horno (28) para cocer la harina cruda para dar lugar a clínker de cemento, en donde el horno (16) presenta una entrada de gas de combustión para dejar entrar un gas de combustión en el horno (16) con un porcentaje de oxígeno de 30 % a 75 %, y - un enfriador (18) para enfriar el clínker de cemento, - en donde el calcinador (14) y el horno (16) presenta en cada caso una entrada de combustible (24) para alimentar al menos un combustible en el calcinador (14) y el horno (16), en donde el calcinador (14) y el horno (16) presenta en cada caso al menos una entrada de gas inerte (64, 68) para dejar entrar gas inerte en el calcinador (14) y el horno (16) respectivamente.
