Abstract

시멘트 생산을 위해, 분쇄된 원료 (가루원료)의 혼합물을 예열 사이클론에서 예열시키고, 예열된 가루원료를 소성된 가루원료를 회전가마에서 연소시키고, 외전가마에서 형성된 시멘트 소괴를 냉각시키고 시멘트 소괴를 분쇄하는 방법이 기술되어 있다. 상기 방법은 유동층에서 기화되며 결과 생성된 기체가 세개의 부분적 스트림 즉, 첫번째는 회전가마의 주된연소기로 공급되고, 두번째는 회전가마로 부터 소모 기체 스트림으로 공급되고 세번째는 소성기로 공급되는 스트림으로 나누어지는 저급 연료에 의해 시멘트를 생산하기 위해 사용되는 고급 연료가 부분적으로 대체된다는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 분쇄된 원료 (가루 원료)혼합물을 예열 사이클론에서 예열시키고, 예열된 가루원료를 소성시키고, 소성된 가루원료를 회전가마 내에서 연소시키고, 회전가마 내에서 형성된 시멘트 소괴를 냉각시키고, 시멘트 소괴를 분쇄하는 시멘트 제조 방법으로서, 유동층에서 기화되며, 결과 생성된 기체가 세개의 부분적 스트림 즉, 첫번째 스트림은 회전가마의 주된 연소기로 공급되고, 두번째 스트림은 회전가마로 부터 배기 기체 스트림으로 공급되고,세번째 스트림은 소성기로 공급되는 스트림으로 나누어지는 저급 연료에 의해 시멘트 생산을 위해 사용되는 고급 연료가 부분적으로 대체됨을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 50-70%의 고급 연료가 저급 연료로 대체됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항에 있어서, 저급 연료가 순환 유도층에서 기화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 회전가마로 공급되는 연소 공기 및 유동층으로 공급되는 기화 공기가 소괴 냉각기에서 예열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 저급 연료의 기화로 생산된 기체가 70-400℃의 온도로 냉각되고 하나 이상의 사이클론 및/또는 하나 이상의 정전 필터 및/또는 하나 이상의 백(bag) 필터 내에서 먼지가 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 먼지 제거된 기체가 70-400℃에서 CaO 및/또는 Ca(OH)2와 반응되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서. 먼지 제거되거나 CaO 및/또는 Ca(OH)2와 반응된 기체가, 먼지가 제거되기전 또는 칼슘 화합물과 반응되기전 기체로 부터 추출된 열로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 네번째 부분적 스트림을 기체에서 취하고 태워서 유체화 소괴 냉각기로 부터 배기 공기를 가열하기 위해 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
