Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la fabricación de clínker que presenta las siguientes etapas: - precalentamiento de la harina cruda en un precalentador (12), - calcinación de la harina cruda precalentada en un calcinador (14), - cocción de la harina cruda precalentada y calcinada en un horno (16) para obtener clínker, - enfriamiento del clínker en un enfriador (18), - desviación de una parte de los gases de escape de horno (16) como gas de derivación, - enfriamiento del gas de derivación en una cámara de mezcla (60) con un gas refrigerante, y - separación del polvo contenido en el gas de derivación, formándose el gas refrigerante total o al menos parcialmente a partir del gas de derivación y/o del gas de escape del calcinador e introduciéndose el gas refrigerante en la cámara de mezcla (60) en una proporción de 2-10 a 1 respecto al gas de derivación.
