Abstract

En la presente se describe un intercambiador de calor soldado que comprende al menos un cabezal, múltiple y/o tubo estructurado para contener un fluido refrigerante o refrigerante; incluyendo el cabezal, el múltiple y/o el componente de tubo una pluralidad de aberturas; una pluralidad de tubos transportadores de fluidos sustancialmente paralelos, cada uno de los cuales se extiende sustancialmente paralelos desde una de la pluralidad de aberturas en la placa del cabezal, múltiple y/o componente de tubo y estructuradas para recibir el fluido refrigerante o refrigerante a su través; y una pluralidad de aletas de aleación de aluminio corrugado que están en comunicación térmica con la pluralidad de tubos transportadores de fluido y estructuradas para transferir calor lejos de ellas. El cabezal, el múltiple y/o el componente de tubo está hecho de un material de chapa de aleación de aluminio que comprende, en % en peso: Mn 1.4% - 1.8%; Si hasta 0.7%; Fe hasta 0.7%; Mg hasta 0.30%; Cu hasta 0.10%; Cr hasta 0.25%; Zr hasta 0.25%; Zn hasta 0.50%; Ti hasta 0.2%; siendo el resto aluminio e impurezas inevitables.
