Abstract

Se describe un producto de piel reciclada que comprende, en una capa de apoyo, un espesor el cual tiene una mezcla de fibras de piel molidas y resinas en polvo y/o fibras sensibles al calor. La invención también se relaciona a un método para hacer el producto de piel reciclada el cual comprende las siguientes etapas: - seleccionar y recolectar desecho a partir del procesamiento de piel, sustancialmente recortes y virutas de piel terminada que viene de las etapas de cortas bienes y zapatos de piel, en una forma para obtener un material recolectado; - triturar el material recolectado en piezas de tamaño controlado, preferentemente con dimensiones sustancialmente iguales a 10 mm, y mezclar/homogenizar las piezas de tamaño controlado, en una forma como para obtener material granulado; - moler el material granulado para reducirlo en fibrillas de piel, preferentemente que tienen un tamaño, inclusive, de entre 0.5 y 1mm; - mezclar las fibrillas con resinas en polvo y/o fibras sensibles al calor y colocarlas en una forma ordenada en una capa de apoyo la cual tiene por lo menos una porción de superficie adhesiva, en una forma para hacer un material formado: - consolidar el material formado por fijación y compresión por calor; -cortar y enrollar el material consolidado el cual es fijado y comprimido por calor; - terminar el material enrollado de esta forma obtenido para obtener un producto terminado de piel.
