Abstract

Proporcionar una lámina de acero eléctrica con un revestimiento aislante que sea excelente en cuanto a la fuerza de adhesión a un adhesivo acrílico anaeróbico, la resistencia a la corrosión y la resistencia a las almohadillas de tensión. Se divulga una lámina de acero eléctrica con un revestimiento aislante formado por la aplicación de un agente de tratamiento de la superficie a por lo menos una superficie de la lámina de acero eléctrica y el secado del agente de tratamiento de la superficie, en donde el agente de tratamiento de la superficie contiene: cierto trialcoxisilano y/o dialcoxisilano (A); un agente de acoplamiento de silano (B) que no contiene un grupo insaturado polimerizable en su estructura; sílice tipo placa (C); un compuesto que contiene un grupo insaturado polimerizable (D); y agua, dentro de un rango que satisface las siguientes condiciones (1) a (3): (1) una relación de masas (A/B) de (A) a (B) es de 0.05 a 1.00; (2) un contenido de (C) es de 2 % en masa a 30 % en masa con respecto a una masa total de (A) a (D) en el agente de tratamiento de la superficie; y (3) un contenido de (D) es de 2 % en masa a 18 % en masa con respecto a la masa total de (A) a (D) en el agente de tratamiento de la superficie.
