Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un proceso para la producción de 1,3-butadieno a partir de una alimentación que comprende etanol y acetaldehído en presencia de un catalizador de tántalo soportado obtenible por impregnación acuosa del soporte con un precursor de tántalo soluble en agua. Además, la presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para la producción de un catalizador de tántalo soportado, y el catalizador de tántalo soportado. Finalmente, la invención se relaciona con el uso del catalizador de tántalo soportado para la producción de 1,3-butadieno a partir de una alimentación que comprende etanol y acetaldehído para aumentar la selectividad o el rendimiento, o ambos, de la reacción.
