Abstract

La invención se refiere a una composición nutricional que comprende hidratos de carbono, proteína y una composición de grasa, en la que: (a) la composición nutricional tiene un contenido de calcio total en materia seca de al menos 3.5 g/kg; (b) la proteína comprende caseína; (c) la composición nutricional tiene un contenido de calcio unido a proteína de 7.5 mmoles o menos por 10 gramos de caseína; y (d) la proporción de NPN con respecto a TN es de 0.7 o menos: - significando NPN nitrógeno no proteico en la composición nutricional en gramos por 100 gramos de composición nutricional (g/100 g); y - significando TN nitrógeno total (TN) en la composición nutricional en g/100 g. La invención se refiere además a un procedimiento para la preparación de la composición nutricional en forma de polvo y a la composición para su uso en la prevención del malestar intestinal y el estreñimiento en sujetos humanos, en particular sujetos humanos de 0 a 36 meses de edad.
