Abstract
Un dispositivo para detectar y/o cuantificar un inhibidor de C1-esterasa funcional (fC1-INH), el dispositivo comprende: (i) una almohadilla conjugada que comprende una primera zona y una segunda zona, en las que se inmovilizan un primer agente y un segundo agente, respectivamente, y (ii) una membrana, que está en comunicación con la almohadilla conjugada, en la que la membrana comprende una tercera zona, en la que se inmoviliza un tercer agente. La almohadilla conjugada puede además comprender una cuarta zona para colocar una muestra biológica, que fluye a través del dispositivo en el orden de la primera zona, la segunda zona, y la tercera zona.
