Abstract
La invención se refiere a una bebida fermentada, así como a un método para producir una bebida fermentada, en particular una cerveza o una bebida similar a la cerveza, con un contenido de etanol de entre 0.0% y 1.0% en volumen, en donde el método comprende proporcionar una bebida base fermentada que contiene etanol, reducir el contenido de etanol de la bebida base fermentada mediante un paso de desalcoholización, seguido de la adición de sabor a la bebida base fermentada con contenido reducido de etanol para producir la bebida fermentada, en donde el sabor agregado incluye al menos una cantidad de 4-vinilo guayacol (4VG).
