Abstract

Se describe una junta (1) configurada para montarse en una válvula (2) de un motor de combustión interna (3), que tiene un eje central (A) y que comprende: un elemento de estanqueidad anular (12), deformable elásticamente, que tiene una superficie radialmente interna (18) que tiene una primera porción (21), adaptada para cooperar en contacto con un vástago (8) de la válvula (2), y una segunda porción (22), configurada para cooperar en contacto con un elemento de guía (7) de una manera deslizante en el vástago (8) mencionado anteriormente; y un elemento de soporte anular (13), colocado coaxialmente en al menos parte del elemento de estanqueidad (12), de manera que el último se presiona radialmente entre el elemento de soporte (13) y la válvula (2); la segunda porción (22) tiene una sección de superficie circunferencial (22a) y una pluralidad de protuberancias (22b) discretas, que se proyectan en voladizo desde la sección de la superficie circunferencial (22a), para cooperar, en contacto en uso, con el elemento de guía (7), separadas angularmente unas de otras alrededor del eje (A), y que forman una ondulación (22c) discontinua de la superficie radialmente interna (18).
