Abstract

Se describe una junta (1) para una válvula (2) de un motor de combustión interna (3) que tiene un eje central (A) y que comprende: un elemento de sellado elásticamente deformable (12) que tiene una forma anular con respecto al eje mencionado anteriormente (A) y adaptado para estar dispuesto externamente en la válvula (2), y un elemento de soporte (13), que también tiene una forma anular con respecto al eje mencionado anteriormente (A), dispuesto coaxialmente en al menos parte del elemento de sellado (12) de modo que este último se presione radialmente entre el elemento de soporte (13) y la válvula (2); el elemento de soporte (13) tiene, a lo largo de su pared lateral (40a), al menos una ventana pasante (46) para permitir la evacuación del calor generado al usarse durante el funcionamiento de la válvula (2).
