Abstract
Un proceso de producción de polímeros novedoso, a menudo con combustibles/productos químicos como subproductos. La invención consiste en un dispositivo, polimerización por adición, polimerización por condensación, proceso con tuberías, control y procedimiento. El dispositivo tiene un diseño mecánico para eliminar de forma continua el depósito de sólidos, conductores o no, sobre la superficie del electrodo. Además de superar la limitación de la producción electroquímica de polímeros, donde los productos bloquean el electrodo para un funcionamiento adicional, el dispositivo proporciona un funcionamiento más económico para la electrometalurgia para recolectar los metales valiosos formados sobre el electrodo. El proceso novedoso permite reacondicionar el proceso de producción de polímeros convencional mediante el reemplazo del reactor convencional con un reactor electroquímico, para una rápida implementación de bajo costo. Las reacciones novedosas consisten en la reacción de adición para producir polímeros de adición; y la reacción; y la reacción intermolecular para producir clases de polímeros de condensación. Los grupos de invención permiten que se produzcan químicos y polímeros valiosos a bajo costo para condiciones más suaves y equipo más económico, mientras que permiten la utilización de materias primas alternativas, especialmente, residuos químicos, para beneficios ambientales y económicos adicionales.
