Abstract

En un método para retirar compuestos a base de Si a partir de un licor de lixiviación, el método comprende suministrar el licor (2) de lixiviación a partir de una etapa (1) de lixiviación a un separador (3) sólido-líquido gravitacional para separar una suspensión (4) diluida y una suspensión (15) concentrada, suministrar una suspensión (4) diluida del separador (3) sólido-líquido gravitacional a un reactor (6) para formar un licor (9) tratado, añadir una fuente de aluminio (5) como primer coagulante a la suspensión (4) diluida en el reactor (6) para formar partículas que contienen silicato de aluminio en el licor (9) tratado, añadir al menos un floculante (7) al licor (9) tratado después del reactor (6) para aumentar el tamaño de partícula de las partículas que contienen silicato de aluminio y suministrar el licor (9) tratado a la flotación de limpieza en la que al menos el 90% de las burbujas de gas de flotación presentan un tamaño de desde 0,2 hasta 250 µm en una unidad (10) de flotación de limpieza para recoger al menos las partículas que contienen silicato de aluminio, para separar al menos las partículas que contienen silicato de aluminio a partir del licor (9) tratado en una suspensión diluida de flotación de limpieza y para formar un licor (11) purificado como una suspensión concentrada de flotación de limpieza.
