Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método mejorado para aplicar recubrimientos a base de silano a superficies sólidas, en particular a superficies metálicas, en donde una superficie sólida, en particular una superficie metálica opcionalmente anodizada o recubierta por conversión, i) opcionalmente se limpia, se decapa y/o se le eliminan las manchas oscuras, ii) se pone en contacto con al menos un silano no hidrolizado de manera tal que se forme una capa de silano no hidrolizado sobre la superficie sólida, iii) se pone en contacto con agua de manera tal que la capa de silano es al menos parcialmente hidrolizada, iv) se seca al menos parcialmente de manera tal que los residuos de agua y alcanol sean al menos parcialmente eliminados de la superficie sólida, v) se calienta opcionalmente de manera tal que se cura la capa de silano al menos parcialmente hidrolizada y al menos parcialmente seca, y vi) en caso de que se realice la etapa v), opcionalmente se pinta. La presente invención se refiere además a una composición que contiene silano así como también a una superficie sólida, en particular una superficie metálica, con un recubrimiento a base de silano correspondiente y su uso en el campo de la industria del transporte o del montaje de conductores eléctricos.
