Abstract
Description
i) 任意に洗浄、エッチング、及び/又はデスマット処理し、
ii) 少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランと接触させて、固体表面上に加水分解していないシラン層を形成し、
iii) 水と接触させて、シラン層を少なくとも部分的に加水分解し、
iv) 少なくとも部分的に乾燥させて、水及びアルカノールの残留物を固体表面から少なくとも部分的に除去し、
v) 任意に加熱し、少なくとも部分的に加水分解し且つ少なくとも部分的に乾燥したシラン層を硬化し、及び
vi) 工程v)を行った場合は、任意に塗装する。
本発明による方法の工程i)~vi)は、その番号付けに従った順序で行う。いくつかの場合では、1つ以上の追加の工程、例えばすすぎ工程を行うことが有利なこともある。よって、工程i)~vi)以外の工程の実施を排除すべきではない。しかし、工程ii)とiii)の間、工程iii)とiv)の間、及び工程iv)とv)の間では、追加の工程を行わないことが好ましい。
a) 少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランと
b) 少なくとも1種の腐食防止剤及び/又は少なくとも1種の水を含まず且つ水に不溶性の粉末と
を含有し、
水を含有しない組成物に関するものである。
比較例溶液No.1を製造者の指示に従って調製した。50mlのOxsilan(登録商標)MG-0611を50mlの脱イオン水と混合し、4時間撹拌した。次に、900mlのDowanol(登録商標)PM及びDowanol(登録商標)PnBグリコールエーテル溶媒(Dow、米国)の1:1混合物を、加水分解したシランの溶液に加え、混合した。
本発明による溶液は、5グラムのIrgamet(登録商標)BTZ腐食防止剤(BASF社、ドイツ)を1リットルのOxsilan(登録商標)MG-0611に加えることにより調製した。得られた混合物は、防止剤が完全に溶解するまで撹拌した。
標準的なAA2024-T3のむき出しのアルミニウムパネル(Constellium社、オランダから入手可能)をArdrox(登録商標)6490中で洗浄し、Oakite(登録商標)160中でアルカリエッチングし、Ardrox(登録商標)295GD中でデスマット処理した(すべての溶液はChemetall GmbH社、ドイツから入手可能)。その後、パネルを本発明の溶液に5分間浸漬した。次いで、以下の表1に従ってパネルを脱イオン水に浸漬することによって、得られたシラン層を加水分解した。各バッチで3枚のパネルを処理した。
被覆されていないパネル、及び加水分解させ硬化させたシランベースのコーティングを有するバッチNo.3のパネル(上述のようにして得た)を、赤外反射吸収分光法(IRRAS)を用いて調べた。バッチNo.3のパネルに関しては、スペクトルは約1060cm-1及び約1130cm-1にSi-O-Si(シロキサン)化合物のスペクトルの明確な証拠を示したが、被覆されていないパネルの場合はそうではなかった。
本発明による溶液を、実施例「本発明による溶液の調製」に記載の手順に従って調製した。AA2024-T3及びAA7075-T6の5枚のパネル(各合金に対して)を、航空宇宙仕様に準拠した酒石酸硫酸陽極酸化プロセスで陽極酸化し、すすいでから、本発明による溶液に5分間浸漬した。次に、パネルを脱イオン水に1分間浸漬してシラン層を加水分解させた。1分間水を滴下させた後、パネルをエアブローして水の残留物を減らし、120℃のオーブンで30分間乾燥させた。このパネルを、ASTM B117規格に準拠した塩水噴霧チャンバで1008時間試験し、防食性能を評価した。
本発明による溶液は、実施例「本発明による溶液の調製」に記載の手順に従って調製した。その後、グラフェン粉末(Talga社より入手可能)25グラムを1リットルの溶液に加えて適切に混合したところ、溶液の色が黄色から黒に変化した。このようにして調製した本発明による溶液の安定性を、2週間後に肉眼で確認した。溶液は黒のままであり、目に見える沈殿物はなかった。
Claims (15)
- 固体表面、特に金属表面にシランベースのコーティングを適用するための方法であって、固体表面、特に任意に陽極酸化又は化成被覆した金属表面を:
i) 任意に洗浄、エッチング、及び/又はデスマット処理し、
ii) 少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランと接触させて、前記固体表面上に加水分解していないシラン層を形成し、
iii) 水と接触させて、前記シラン層を少なくとも部分的に加水分解し、
iv) 少なくとも部分的に乾燥させて、水及びアルカノールの残留物を前記固体表面から少なくとも部分的に除去し、
v) 任意に加熱し、前記少なくとも部分的に加水分解し且つ少なくとも部分的に乾燥したシラン層を硬化し、及び
vi) 工程v)を行った場合は、任意に塗装する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランが、硫黄含有シランからなる群から、好ましくはポリスルファンシラン及びメルカプトシランからなる群から、より好ましくはポリスルファンシランからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランが、水ベースの溶液中で全く安定ではなく、有機溶媒ベースの溶液中でのみ安定であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランを、少なくとも1種の腐食防止剤、好ましくはベンゾトリアゾールと混合し、それから前記少なくとも1種の腐食防止剤とともに前記固体表面に適用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランを、好ましくはグラファイト、グラフェン、ジルコニウムオキシド、チタンオキシド、シリコンオキシド、シリコンカーバイド及び/又はアルミニウムオキシドを含有する、又はそれらからなる、少なくとも1種の水を含まず且つ水に不溶性の導電性粉末と混合してから、前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランを前記固体表面に適用することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランを有機溶媒と混合しないことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iii)において、前記固体表面を水中に浸漬することにより、前記固体表面を水と接触させることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iii)における接触時間が、8~330秒の範囲、好ましくは20~270秒の範囲、より好ましくは20~210秒の範囲、より好ましくは20~165秒の範囲、より好ましくは35~145秒の範囲、より好ましくは45~135秒の範囲、及び特に好ましくは55~125秒の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iv)をエアブロー又はワイプによって、好ましくはエアブローによって行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 工程iii)の後且つ工程iv)の前に、前記固体表面を少なくとも15秒、好ましくは少なくとも30秒、より好ましくは少なくとも45秒及び最も好ましくは少なくとも60秒保持して水を滴下させることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 工程v)をオーブンによって、好ましくは105~140℃の範囲の温度で20~60分間行うことを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記固体表面、特に金属表面を、1週間以降、好ましくは1ヶ月以降に塗装することを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 固体表面、特に金属表面にシランベースのコーティングを適用するための、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のシラン含有組成物であって、
a) 少なくとも1種の加水分解していないシランと
b) 少なくとも1種の腐食防止剤及び/又は少なくとも1種の水を含まず且つ水に不溶性の粉末と
を含有し、
水を含有しないことを特徴とする、組成物。 - 請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって得られることを特徴とする、シランベースのコーティングを有する固体表面、特に金属表面であって、前記シランベースのコーティングが、少なくとも100ナノメートル、好ましくは少なくとも500ナノメートルの平均厚さを示す、固体表面。
- 輸送産業又は導電性組立の分野における、請求項14に記載の固体表面、特に金属表面の使用方法。
