Abstract
Un método para volver a depurar aceites utilizados comprende poner en contacto materia prima que comprende aceite utilizado purificado con solvente de extracción para llevar a cabo la extracción con solvente de líquido-líquido continua, para producir una corriente de extracto que comprende el solvente de extracción y un extracto disuelto en el solvente de extracción. La materia prima y el solvente de extracción se agitan por un agitador de velocidad variable durante la extracción con solvente en una velocidad de agitación seleccionada. El extracto se separa del solvente de extracción y se somete a un tratamiento de hidrogenación de fase líquida de flujo continuo para producir un producto de aceite. Un sistema para llevar a cabo el método incluye una unidad de purificación para purificar el aceite utilizado; una columna de extracción para extraer el extracto de la materia prima; y una unidad de hidrogenación de fase líquida de flujo continuo. La columna de extracción comprende un agitador configurado para agitar la materia prima y el solvente de extracción que fluye a través de la columna de extracción en una velocidad de agitación variable.
