Claims (9)
- 溶媒流から重質炭化水素を除去するための方法であって、
重質炭化水素及び少なくとも1種類の溶媒を含む混合物の第1のバッチを提供すること;
混合物の第1のバッチを軽質炭化水素と混合して混合生成物を形成すること;
混合生成物を第1の接触器に供給すること;
第1の接触器から重質炭化水素と軽質炭化水素を抽出すること;
重質炭化水素を含まない相として第1の接触器の底部から溶媒を除去して、軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を残すこと;
軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を第2の接触器に供給すること;
軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を水で洗浄すること;
第2の接触器の最上層から軽質炭化水素と重炭化水素の相を取り出し、炭化水素アウトプット流として単離すること
を含む方法であって、第1の接触器に混合生成物を供給する前に、混合生成物に水が添加されない、方法。 - 重質炭化水素を含む前記アウトプット流がさらに前記軽質炭化水素を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒流は閉ループ溶媒流を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 溶媒流から重質炭化水素を除去するための方法であって、
重質炭化水素及び少なくとも1種類の溶媒を含む混合物の第1のバッチを提供すること;
混合物の第1のバッチを軽質炭化水素と混合して混合生成物を形成すること;
混合生成物を第1の接触器に供給すること;
第1の接触器から重質炭化水素と軽質炭化水素を抽出すること;
重質炭化水素を含まない相として第1の接触器の底部から溶媒を除去して、軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を残すこと;
軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を第2の接触器に供給すること;
軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を水で洗浄すること;
第2の接触器の最上層から軽質炭化水素と重炭化水素の相を取り出し、炭化水素アウトプット流として単離すること
を含む方法であって、第1の接触器に混合生成物を供給する前に、混合生成物に水が添加されず、軽質炭化水素と重質炭化水素の相を水で洗浄した後、水を第1の接触器に移送して、前記混合物の第2のバッチを洗浄する、方法。 - 溶媒の回収、水の再循環、廃棄、またはこれらの組み合わせのために重質炭化水素を含まない溶媒相を処理することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水が、抽出蒸留プロセスからの凝縮されたストリッピング蒸気を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、該方法は、重質炭化水素と少なくとも1種類の溶媒とを含む混合物中の重質炭化水素の濃度が閾値を超えると自動的に引き起こされる、方法。
- 前記溶媒流が芳香族化合物を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒流が芳香族化合物を含み、重質芳香族化合物が、第1の接触器から重質炭化水素と軽質炭化水素を抽出することによって除去される、請求項1に記載の方法。
