Claims (20)
- 溶媒流から重質炭化水素を除去するための装置であって、
第1の抽出ユニット;
第2の抽出ユニット;
軽質炭化水素インプットライン;
水インプットライン;
重質炭化水素アウトプットライン;及び
溶媒アウトプットライン
を備える装置。 - 溶媒流が閉ループ溶媒流を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の抽出ユニットからのアウトプットラインをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 溶媒再生システムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 溶媒流から重質炭化水素を除去するための装置であって、
第1の抽出ユニット;
第2の抽出ユニット;
軽質炭化水素インプットライン;
水インプットライン;
重質炭化水素アウトプットライン;及び
溶媒アウトプットライン
を備える装置。 - 溶媒流が閉ループ溶媒流を含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の抽出ユニットからのアウトプットラインをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 溶媒再生システムをさらに備える、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記抽出蒸留プロセスが芳香族抽出蒸留プロセスを含む、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記ストリッピング蒸気が前記溶媒再生システムによって生成される、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 溶媒流から重質炭化水素を除去するための方法であって、
重質炭化水素及び少なくとも1種類の溶媒を含む混合物の第1のバッチを提供すること;
前記混合物の前記第1のバッチを軽質炭化水素を用いて抽出すること;
前記混合物の前記第1のバッチから前記少なくとも1種類の溶媒を除去すること;
前記混合物の前記第1のバッチを水洗浄を用いて洗浄すること;
前記水洗浄を除去すること;及び
重質炭化水素を含むアウトプット流を隔離すること
を含む方法。 - 重質炭化水素を含む前記アウトプット流がさらに前記軽質炭化水素を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒流は閉ループ溶媒流を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水洗浄が前記混合物の第2のバッチのための第1の水洗浄を含むように、前記水洗浄が閉ループシステムに移送される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1種類の溶媒を再生することをさらに含み;再生工程が、溶媒再生システムの使用を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記水洗浄が、前記溶媒再生システムによって生成される凝縮されたストリッピング蒸気を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の溶媒中の前記重質炭化水素の濃度が、前記方法の作動を引き起こす閾値よりも高い、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記溶媒流が芳香族化合物を含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記抽出工程が重質芳香族化合物を除去する、請求項11に記載の方法。
