Claims (19)
- 精製使用済油を含む供給原料を抽出溶媒と接触させて連続液液溶媒抽出(continuous liquid-liquid solvent extraction)を実行し、前記抽出溶媒及び前記抽出溶媒に溶解された抽出物を含む抽出物流を生成することであって、前記供給原料及び前記抽出溶媒が、選択された攪拌速度で、前記溶媒抽出中、変速攪拌機によって攪拌されることと、
前記抽出物を前記抽出溶媒から分離することと、
前記抽出物を連続流液相水素化処理(continuous flow liquid phase hydrogenation treatment)に供して、少なくとも80の粘度指数を有する油製品を生成することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記液相水素化処理が、
希釈剤を前記抽出物に添加して、前記抽出物中の水素の溶解度を増加し、前記希釈剤及び前記抽出物を含む液体混合物を形成することと、
水素を前記液体混合物に添加して、前記液体混合物中に前記水素を溶解させることと、
水素化触媒の存在下で、溶解された水素と共に前記液体混合物を加熱して、前記液体混合物中の不飽和物質を飽和させ、硫黄及び芳香族物質を前記液体混合物から除去し、前記油製品を形成することと、
