Abstract

Se proporciona un método de asistencia de diseño capaz de obtener exactamente valores predichos, considerando también a la vez las condiciones de producción de un material de metal y de reduciendo el tiempo requerido para el diseño. El método de asistencia de diseño usa una calculadora para asistir al diseño del material de metal con las características deseadas e incluye la búsqueda de condiciones de diseño que producen las características deseadas usando un modelo de predicción para predecir un valor característico del material de metal a partir de las condiciones de diseño, siendo el modelo de predicción construido sobre la base de datos de desempeño anteriores que asocian las condiciones de diseño, incluyendo la composición química y condiciones de producción del material de metal, con el valor característico. El método de asistencia de diseño también incluye la presentación de al menos la composición química y las condiciones de producción entre las condiciones de diseño que se buscan y corresponden a las características deseadas. Las condiciones de diseño se buscan de modo que la desviación entre los valores predichos basados en conjuntos de datos de entrenamiento diferentes se reduzca.
