Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para recubrir superficies, con un recubrimiento correspondiente y con el uso de los objetos recubiertos de acuerdo con el método. De acuerdo con la invención, esto se logra mediante un método para recubrir superficies metálicas de sustratos, que tiene los siguientes pasos o que consiste de los siguientes pasos: I. proporcionar un sustrato con una superficie metálica limpia, II. poner en contacto y recubrir las superficies metálicas con una composición acuosa en la forma de una dispersión y/o suspensión, III. opcionalmente, enjuagar el recubrimiento orgánico y IV. Secar y/u hornear el recubrimiento orgánico o V. opcionalmente, secar el recubrimiento orgánico y recubrir el mismo con una composición de recubrimiento similar o con otra composición de recubrimiento antes del secado y/u horneado. La invención está caracterizada porque el proceso de recubrimiento en el paso II se lleva a cabo utilizando una composición acuosa en la forma de una dispersión y/o suspensión, la composición contienen un fluoruro complejo seleccionado del grupo que consiste de hexa o tetrafluoruros de los elementos titanio, zirconio, hafnio, silicio, aluminio y/o boro, en una cantidad de 1.110-6 moles/l a 0.30 moles/l, basándose en los cationes, en donde al menos un polielectrolito aniónico, en una cantidad de 0.01 a 5.0% en peso, basándose en la masa total de la mezcla resultante, se agrega a una dispersión estabilizada aniónicamente, hecha de polímeros que forman una película y/o de una suspensión hecha de partículas inorgánicas que forman una película, con un contenido de sólidos de 2 a 40% en peso y un tamaño de partícula promedio de 10 a 1000 nm, la dispersión y/o suspensión es estable en el intervalo del valor del pH de 0.5 a 7.0. La composición acuosa tiene un valor de pH que varía de 0.5 a 7.0 y forma un recubrimiento basado en un gel no iónico que une los cationes liberados de la superficie metálica, los cationes se originan de una etapa de pretratamiento y/o del proceso de contacto en el paso II.
