Abstract
Se describe una pintura/calafateo eléctricamente conductor que puede aplicarse mediante rociado, rodamiento, y/o cepillado al usar técnicas convencionales/puede suministrarse desde un tubo. La pintura/calafateo térmicamente conductor tiene una pluralidad de fibras revestidas con metal cortadas con precisión a longitudes cortas, opcionalmente una pluralidad de estructuras filamentosas conductoras que tienen una relación de aspecto alta, y una base de polímero. Las fibras revestidas con metal y estructuras filamentosas conductoras opcionales se dispersan uniformemente dentro de la base de polímero para crear un sistema de transporte de electrones complejo que facilita suficiente conductividad para un intervalo completo de propiedades electromagnéticas que incluyen disipación electrostática, descarga electrostática, y blindaje. El sistema de transporte de electrones complejo creado facilita el intervalo completo de propiedad es electromagnéticas con cargas inferiores de conductores, reduce viscosidad, y la porción descargada adicional de pintura/calafateo recibe otros aditivos multifuncionales.
