Abstract
tintas e calafetagens multifuncionais com propriedades eletromagnéticas controláveis. a presente invenção refere-se a uma tinta/calafetagem eletricamente condutora, que pode ser aplicada por pulverização, rolo e/ou pincel usando técnicas convencionais e pode ser dispensada de um tubo. a tinta/calafetagem eletricamente condutora tem uma pluralidade de fibras revestidas com metal cortadas com precisão em comprimentos curtos, opcionalmente uma pluralidade de estruturas de filamento condutoras tendo uma alta relação de aspecto, e uma base de polímero. as fibras revestidas com metal e estruturas de filamento condutoras opcionais são dispersas uniformemente dentro da base de polímero para criar um sistema de transporte de elétron complexo, facilitando a condutividade suficiente para uma faixa completa de propriedades eletromagnéticas incluindo dissipação eletrostática, descarga eletrostática, e blindagem. o sistema de transporte de elétron complexo criado facilita a faixa completa de propriedades eletromagnéticas com menores carregamentos de condutores, reduz a viscosidade, e a parte descarregada adicional de tinta/calafetagem recebe outros aditivos multifuncionais.
