Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un vector de ARN monocatenario adecuado para introducir un agente terapéutico, tal como un péptido, una proteína o un ARN pequeño, en una planta hospedera. El vector no codifica para ninguna proteína de movimiento o proteína de la cubierta, pero es capaz de realizar un movimiento y replicación sistémicos y limitados por el floema dentro de la planta hospedera.
