Abstract

Se proporciona una lámina de acero laminada en frío de bajo costo para tratamiento de conversión química a base de circonio que contiene Si y Mn y tiene excelente convertibilidad química a base de circonio incluso cuando una cantidad relativamente grande de óxido a base de Si y óxido a base de Si-Mn existe sobre la superficie de lámina de acero. Una lámina de acero laminada en frío para tratamiento de conversión química a base de circonio comprende una composición química que contiene, en % en masa, C: 0.05% a 0.30%, Si: 0.01% a 1.4%, Mn: 0.14% a 3.2%, P: 0.10% o menos, y S: 0.01% o menos, con un resto que consiste en Fe e impurezas inevitables, en donde una relación de masa de Si/Mn en acero es de 0.10 a 0.7, y una relación de recubrimiento superficial de óxidos de capa superficial de lámina de acero que tienen un contenido de Si de 10% en masa o más es de 40% o menos.
