Abstract

Un sistema de obtención de una fundición de aluminio que incluye partículas de SiC para el uso al moldear partes de vehículo, por ejemplo, discos de freno, el sistema comprende un tanque (2) de preprocesamiento, configurado para recibir partículas de SiC y para aplicar un procedimiento de preprocesamiento para preprocesar las partículas de SiC; un miembro (4) de transporte de partículas de SiC configurado para transportar las partículas de SiC preprocesadas desde el tanque (2) de preprocesamiento hacia un crisol (6) de un dispositivo (8) de horno de fusión, y el dispositivo (8) de horno de fusión se configura para recibir y fundir aluminio sólido, por ejemplo, losas de aluminio, y para contener una fundición (10) de aluminio y recibir dichas partículas (12) de SiC preprocesadas. El sistema también comprende una disposición (14) de mezclado de partículas de SiC en forma de tubo que define y que encierra una cámara (16) de mezclado alargada, la disposición (14) de mezclado se configura para estar montada en dicho crisol (6) y estructurada para recibir en dicha cámara (16) de mezclado dichas partículas (12) de SiC preprocesadas por medio de una primera entrada (18) y dicha fundición (10) de aluminio por medio de al menos una segunda entrada (20), y para aplicar un procedimiento de mezclado girando un miembro (22) de mezclado giratorio dispuesto en dicha cámara (16) de mezclado alrededor de dicho eje A longitudinal, en donde dichas partículas de SiC preprocesadas se mezclan junto con la fundición de aluminio en dicha cámara de mezclado. La disposición (14) de mezclado se provee con al menos una salida (26) para alimentar la mezcla desde dicha cámara de mezclado hacia dicho crisol.
