Abstract

En el presente documento, se encuentra un agente de unión biespecífico que comprenden (a) una porción de unión a anticuerpo o antígeno del mismo, que se une específicamente a sindecano-1 (CD138); y (b) un finómero que se une específicamente a un receptor de factor de crecimiento de fibroblastos 3 (FGFR3), en donde el finómero comprende un polipéptido que tiene una secuencia de aminoácidos al menos 90% idéntica a la secuencia de aminoácidos de SEQ ID NO:99 o SEQ ID NO:113; también se proporciona un agente de unión biespecífico que se conjuga con un agente antineoplásico.
