Abstract
Se proporciona un material de aislamiento acústico para un vehículo, que puede reducir el peso del mismo y exhibir desempeña de aislamiento acústico suficiente contra ruido de 500 Hz a 6,400 Hz generado en vehículos. El material de aislamiento acústico para un vehículo, de la presente invención incluye: una capa de núcleo 10 que tiene celdas tubulares 20, las celdas tubulares estando acomodadas en una pluralidad de filas; una capa de película de resina de bloqueo de flujo de aire 40 provista sobre una superficie de la capa de núcleo; y una capa de desacoplamiento 30 provista sobre la capa de película de resina de bloqueo de flujo de aire 40, en donde: las celdas tienen superficies cerradas 21 y extremos abiertos 22 en filas alternas en extremos de celda en una superficie de la capa de núcleo; en los extremos de celda en la otra superficie de la capa de núcleo, las celdas tienen extremos abiertos en las filas donde las celdas tienen superficies cerradas en extremos de celda en dicha una superficie, y tienen superficies cerradas en las filas donde las celdas tienen los extremos abiertos en extremos de celda en dicha una superficie; cada uno de los extremos abiertos de las celdas permite que un espacio interno de la celda esté en comunicación con un exterior; y una (P/v)/Za promedio es de 2.8 a 10 entre 500 y 6,400 Hz, donde: P y v son respectivamente una presión acústica y una velocidad de partícula en una superficie de la capa de película de resina de bloqueo de flujo de aire provista en la capa de núcleo, la superficie estando opuesta a la capa de núcleo; y Za es una impedancia acústica de la capa de desacoplamiento.
