Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el uso de una composición de pintura para fundición teniendo un contenido sólido de más de 69% por peso respecto a la masa total de la composición de pintura para fundición, así como una pérdida por recocido de menos de 0.6% por peso respecto a la masa total del contenido sólido de la composición de pintura para fundición para la producción de un recubrimiento de pintura para fundición en la pared interna de una coquilla de fundición centrifugada por medio de una aplicación por rociado. La invención se relaciona además con un método para la producción de una coquilla de fundición centrifugada para el uso en el método de fundición centrifugada provista con un recubrimiento de pintura para fundición en la pared interna para el uso en el método de fundición centrifugada, así como un método para la producción de una pieza de fundición en el método de fundición centrifugada, de preferencia, con una superficie estructurada. La invención se relaciona además con una coquilla de fundición centrifugada para el uso en el método de fundición centrifugada, teniendo un recubrimiento de pintura para fundición en la pared interna de la coquilla de fundición centrifugada.
