Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo para revestimiento por láser, en particular para revestimiento por láser de velocidad extremadamente alta (EHLA - extreme-high revestimiento por láser), que comprende: - al menos tres columnas de transmisión (2); - un soporte de la pieza de trabajo (1) para un producto a fabricarse, el soporte se coloca centralmente entre las columnas de transmisión (2.1, 2.2, 2.3), y/o una placa de soporte (20) para un cabezal soldador (22), la cual - se conecta móvilmente a las columnas de transmisión (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) en tres direcciones espaciales (x, y, z) mediante varios puntales de tensión-compresión (15) y juntas giratorias (3, 4) que se fijan sobre los extremos de estos, en donde - cada columna de transmisión (2.1, 2.2, 2.3) tiene al menos un carril guía interior (5) orientado hacia un soporte de la pieza de trabajo (1) y/o la placa de soporte (20) con un carro interior (6) que se extiende en dicho carril para mover el soporte de la pieza de trabajo (1) y/o la placa de soporte (20) en las tres direcciones espaciales (x, y, z) y tiene un carril guía exterior (8) con un carro exterior (11) que se extiende en el mismo para guiar un contrapeso (9) verticalmente en la dirección opuesta al carro interior (6); y - un cabezal soldador (22). La invención comprende además un método para realizar un revestimiento por láser de velocidad extremadamente alta (EHLA).
