Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo de apertura (3) para un envase (1) adaptado para contener un producto vertible y obtenido a partir de una hoja de material de envasado (2); el material de envasado (2) comprende por lo menos una primera capa (4) y una segunda capa (5) y tiene un orificio pasante formado a través de la primera capa (4) y está cubierto por una porción de cubierta de hoja (10) de la segunda capa (5); el dispositivo de apertura (3) comprende una porción de pared (11) que tiene una primera superficie (11a) aplicada sobre un primer lado (10a) de la porción de cubierta de hoja (10); la porción de pared (11) define, junto con la porción de cubierta de hoja (10), una porción que puede rasgar el usuario (15) del envase (1); la porción de pared (11) comprende una ranura de debilitamiento lineal (17) formada en parte del espesor de la porción de pared (11) y abierta en una segunda superficie (11b) de la misma, opuesta a la primera superficie (11a); la ranura de debilitamiento lineal (17) delimita, junto con el primer lado (10a) una región de debilitamiento lineal (18, 18a) de la porción que puede rasgar el usuario (15); el dispositivo de apertura (3) comprende además por lo menos un miembro de tracción (20) adaptado para ser jalado en uso para provocar el rasgado de la porción que puede rasgar el usuario (15) a lo largo de la región de debilitamiento lineal (18, 18a); el dispositivo de apertura (3) comprende por lo menos un elemento de nervadura lineal (24), que se proyecta integralmente desde la primera superficie (11a), a través de la porción de cubierta de hoja (10), que sobresale del segundo lado (10b) y se extiende paralela a por lo menos parte de la ranura de debilitamiento lineal (17).
