Abstract

Una nueva familia de complejos organometálicos que contienen i) un átomo de metal seleccionado de Hf y Zr; ii) un ligando de fosfinimina; iii) un ligando de amido-éter y al menos otro ligando auxiliar. Se demuestra el uso de tal complejo, en combinación con un activador, como un catalizador de polimerización de olefinas. Los catalizadores son particularmente eficaces para la copolimerización de etileno con una alfa olefina (tal como el 1-buteno; 1-hexeno o 1-octeno) y permiten la producción de copolímeros de alto peso molecular (Mw superior a 25,000); con buena incorporación del comonómero a alta productividad.
