Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un polímero de metacrilato de metilobutadieno-estireno (MBS) opaco de alto impacto para mejorar la resistencia al impacto del cloruro de polivinilo (PVC) y un método de preparación del mismo, y pertenece al campo técnico de preparación de aditivos de PVC. El MBS proporcionado por la presente invención incluye los siguientes componentes en masa: 80-95% de la capa de núcleo, 4-20% de la capa de cubierta y 0,001-5% de coloide protector, donde la capa de núcleo es un polímero de butadieno (B) y estireno (S); la capa de cubierta es uno o un copolímero de dos o tres de S, acrilato y metil metacrilato (MMA); el coloide protector incluye uno o un compuesto de dos o tres de alcohol polivinílico (PVA), gelatina e hidroxipropilmetilcelulosa (HPMC). La presente invención resuelve los problemas de baja resistencia al impacto en el producto MBS existente y difícil coagulación o pulverización en el proceso posterior al tratamiento.
