Abstract
La presente divulgación se refiere a un procedimiento para preparar cristales de hidrato de clorhidrato de L-cisteina y cristales de hidrato de clorhidrato de L-cisteina preparados mediante el procedimiento. Por medio del procedimiento para preparar cristales de hidrato de clorhidrato de L-cisteina de la presente divulgación, los cristales de hidrato de clorhidrato de L-cisteina se pueden obtener de un caldo de fermentación de Lcisteina natural con una alta tasa de recuperación y/o pureza sin una reacción química o el uso de un compuesto sintetico artificial.
