Abstract

Se proporciona un método de soldadura híbrida por arco-láser que puede suprimir considerablemente la formación de salpicaduras mediante el control del modo de transferencia de gotitas y que puede reducir efectos térmicos y/o deformación térmica asociados con la soldadura mediante el establecimiento en una baja corriente de soldadura. La presente invención está dirigida a un método de soldadura híbrida por arco-láser, donde: un diámetro mínimo DMIN (mm) de gotitas que se transfieren de un alambre de soldadura de acero a un baño de fusión generado por la soldadura por arco con protección de gas satisface DMIN = (P/15) + (1/2) en relación con una potencia (kW) de un haz láser generado por la soldadura por láser; y un diámetro máximo DMAX (mm) de las gotitas satisface M = 4DMAX/3 en relación con una longitud M (mm) de un arco generado por la soldadura por arco con protección de gas.
