Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para aplicar un compuesto sellador a la base y el interior de una pared anular de una tapa para contenedores, en donde existe un radio de transición en la transición entre la base de la tapa y la pared de la tapa, que comprende las siguientes etapas: - en una primera etapa, una estructura anular comprendida del compuesto sellador es depositada sobre la base de la tapa con la ayuda de un aplicador, en donde el compuesto sellador es presionado hacia afuera mediante canales y un hueco de salida de una parte de formación interna el cual puede ser movido contra la base de la tapa y se corta del compuesto sellador suministrado en el hueco de salida por medio de una parte de formación externa que rodea la parte de formación interna y es movible coaxialmente a la parte de formación interna y es presionada con la cara final de la parte de formación externa contra la base de la tapa anular; - en una segunda etapa, la estructura circular elaborada del compuesto sellador plastificado es presionada plana contra la base de la tapa y contra la pared de la tapa contigua a la base de la tapa por medio de un pistón de prensa anular el cual rodea una segunda parte de formación interna, en donde - en la primera etapa, el compuesto sellador es presionado radialmente hacia afuera en el área del radio de transición usando la cara final de la parte de formación externa del aplicador sobre un hueco el cual se estrecha radialmente hacia afuera hacia la base de la tapa, evitando paquetes de aire.
