Abstract
La presente solicitud se refiere a un método para producir Dpsicosa, el método comprende los pasos de: poner una composición que contenga un complejo de borato y D-psicosa en una cromatografía que comprenda cationes divalentes; y separar la composición que contenga el complejo de borato y D-psicosa en una fracción que contenga D-psicosa (i) y una fracción que contenga borato (ii).
